Refund and exchange policies

 

 

 

To protect consumer interests, Volendo products have a 7 day warranty period.(unavailable for trial period)

 

 

 

Refund procedure

1. Please confirm with customer service any refund or exchange requests before the products are shipped; or the request will be nullified.

2. Any returned products must be in its original packaging with no signs of use and the receipt must be sent together.

3. Please contact customer service within 7 days. Any requests after 7 days will not be processed.

4. Flawless product exchange : Please send your requests within 7 days. Shipping costs will not be covered.

5. Flawless product return : Please send your requests within 7 days. Shipping costs will not be covered and a NTD 15 transaction fee will be

deducted from the refund.

6. Flawed product shipping cost will be covered by the store. (shipping cost up to NTD 50 will be covered, normal mail service is recommended)

7. If there are any questions after product pickup, please contact our customer service Email ( volendoshop@gmail.com ) within 7 days

   (starting from the day of pickup) and please include :

     Order number

       ② Name of product in question

       ③ Name of buyer   

       ④ Phone number

       ⑤ Reason for return

       ⑥ If the product is flawed, please attach a clear picture.

   After assessment by customer service, we will update you through email about the refund status.

8. The refund process requires time.If you have not received a reply from customer service within 3 days, please send a refund request again.

9. After contact with customer service, please send the product back in its original packaging within 3 days and with the order information attached.

 

 

Conditions not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

1. The 7 day warranty period has ended.

2. Incomplete product when returned. (The product must still be in the original packaging;this include the bag, box, ear clips and other accessories)

3. The warranty period is not a trial period. All returned products must show no signs of use to not affect our resale policy.

4. Earrings (Ear pin, puncture type), necklaces, hair accessories and socks are considered personal items. Due to sanitation reasons, these cannot be

    returned.

5. Customized products (special order series) or any altered products (changed to ear clip, chain length has been extended or shortened,extra holes

    on watch band) cannot be returned.

6. Flaws due to human error.

7. Promotional gifts are not returned (if the order amount does not qualify for gifts after the refund is subtracted,any gifts must be returned too).

 

Any conditions listed above will disqualify a product for return.

If the product is damaged during shipping, the product can still be returned.

 

 

Return shipping cost calculation method

 

1. If it is determined the product was damaged during shipping or the wrong product was delivered, the shipping cost will be covered by Volendo

    ( up to NTD 50 ).

2. If the product is returned for any other reason, the shipping cost will not be covered.

3. Products with flaws in the same order must be processed in the same return request.Any requests after the first request will not be processed.

 

 

Refund amount processing

 

1. All refunds will be returned through bank transfer or credit card refund.

2. Refunds for reasons other than product flaws will be charged a NTD 20 transaction fee.

3. If the order amount does not reach the amount for free shipping after the refund is deducted, the shipping fee will have to be paid.

4. If the order amount does not reach the amount for free promotional gifts after the refund is deducted, the promotional gifts must be returned

    alongside the products to be returned. If the gifts are not returned, the refund will not be processed.

5. The refund amount will not be included in the VIP accumulated amount.

6. Vouchers, promotional codes are considered as discounts.They will not be returned or restored once the system has processed the discount.

7. Promotional combos can not be refunded or exchanged.

 

 

Please read the following points carefully. 

The conditions listed below define conditions

not considered as flaws.

 

1.  Color difference : Color differences can be caused by the way screens display colors. Product color depends on the physical product.

2. Residual glue : The accessories are hand-made, therefore each product may have slight discrepancies and there may be residual glue and uneven

     surfaces.

3. Bent ear pins : The ear pins may show signs of slight curving due to the soft nature of the pure silver.

4. Slight differences in metal weld points, slight scratching on chrome surfaces or slight bumps are considered normal.

5. Vintage gold accessories are treated with alloy plating. This causes patterns on the surface of the product.

6. Natural stone patterns: Each natural stone pattern is different.

7. Size discrepancies: There may be slight differences in size due to measuring errors. Differences between 0.1 to 0.5 centimeters are normal ;

     differences of 0.5 to 2 cm in chain lengths are also normal.

8. Bare threads on the clothing, buttons and pockets sewn shut for protection,compression and wrinkles from shipping.
